Our commitment

We want every disciple to love learning on Divide by Infinity. If something goes wrong right after your purchase, we'll make it right.

24-hour refund window

Refunds are available within 24 hours of your order. If you request a refund within that window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. After 24 hours, orders are non-refundable.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep full access to the Service for the remainder of your current 30-day billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not prorate or refund partial periods outside the 24-hour refund window above.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund within the 24-hour window, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at support@dbi.life with your order details.

Refund processing

• Refunds apply to the original payment method.
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days.
• Gift purchases may require the recipient to initiate the refund request.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service. This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
